    Experiencias Erasmus Barcelona

282 accounts in Spanish from students who spent time in Barcelona, each with their rating out of 10 and almost always answering the same questions: what it is like to live there, what the student atmosphere is like, how much it costs, and if it was hard to find a flat. What it provides is what no official website writes: some advise against the center due to noise and chaos and direct you to Sarrià or the outskirts, and others warn bluntly that everything is expensive. It is advisable to check the date before reading, because the most recent ones are from five or six years ago: impressions hold up, prices do not. The same page links to 296 more accounts in English, 121 in Italian, 100 in French, and 29 in Portuguese.

    Foro Erasmus Barcelona

The city forum, and it is still active: the last reply is from two months ago and there are several from five months ago. Here, threads do not expire — one opened sixteen years ago looking for an English academy has accumulated 34 replies, and 'MASTER BARCELONA 24/25' has 14. For those who have just received their placement, the most useful threads are those where WhatsApp groups for newcomers are set up ('Grupo Whatsapp Bcn', 'Creamos grupo whatsapp recién llegadxs?!'), because people who are in Barcelona right now reply there. And you can open your own topic if your case does not appear.
