What you can expect from go-erasmus and what you cannot. Most importantly: published deadlines are provided to help you stay on track, not as an official source.

What is go-erasmus

go-erasmus brings together, in one place, deadlines and mobility contact details for European universities, living costs for their cities, and automated AI generation of your Learning Agreement. Browsing destinations and deadlines is free and requires no account; generating your Learning Agreement is a paid service. The website is owned by Nicolás López Solanes.

Deadlines are indicative. Always confirm them

This is the part that truly matters. Dates are based on what each university has reported in the programme's official application, and they change every academic year without notice. Data may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrectly entered at the source.

Before making any decision, confirm the deadline with your home international relations office or with the host university. We publish the relevant contact info on each page for this exact reason, along with the date our data was last updated. We accept no liability for missed deadlines resulting from relying solely on information published here.

Where the data comes from

University data is sourced from the European Commission's official mobility programme application and reused under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 Licence, pursuant to Decision 2011/833/EU. It includes third-party content from: Eötvös Loránd University, European University Foundation, and the Erasmus Student Network.

go-erasmus is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the European Commission or the Erasmus+ programme, and does not use their trademarks. Any errors in data presentation are ours, not the source's.

What we do not do

  • We do not administer your mobility or enrol you at any university.
  • We do not nominate you: that is done by your home university.
  • We do not broker student accommodation or charge commissions for housing.

Generating your Learning Agreement is a paid service

The first destination costs 15 €, and each additional destination in the same request costs 5 €. Payments are processed by Stripe. Reviewing your Learning Agreement once delivered is free and unlimited.

If your Learning Agreement does not meet minimum quality standards —no valid equivalences, or 40% or more invalid—, we do not deliver it automatically: it is retained for manual review and we will notify you. The AI course recognition technology that resolves equivalences belongs to our partner TuAgreement.

Acceptable use

You may freely consult and link to this content. Automated scraping that degrades website performance is prohibited, as is republishing the dataset as your own without citing the original source under the terms of its licence.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided «as is», without warranty of uninterrupted availability or that data is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing herein limits your statutory consumer rights.
