Institut Severo Ochoa

The next deadline is nomination · autumn term, on 10 October 2026. The four deadlines for the academic year are: nomination · autumn term, 10 October 2026; application · autumn term, 11 October 2026; nomination · spring term, 10 January 2027; application · spring term, 11 January 2027.

Institut Severo Ochoa lists the email address mobilitat@severoochoa.cat and the phone number +34933717042 for its mobility office. These are the details the institution itself declared to the European Commission.

Your home university does the nomination: it formally puts your name forward to Institut Severo Ochoa. You then submit the application yourself. If you miss the nomination deadline you cannot apply at all, even if the application window is still open — so the date that really cuts you off is the earlier of the two.
