Aalborg Universitet

The next deadline is application · spring term, on 15 October 2026. The four deadlines for the academic year are: application · spring term, 15 October 2026; nomination · autumn term, 15 March 2027; application · autumn term, 1 April 2027; nomination · spring term, 1 October 2027.

Aalborg Universitet lists the email address internationaloffice@aau.dk and the phone number +4599407576 for its mobility office. These are the details the institution itself declared to the European Commission.

Your home university does the nomination: it formally puts your name forward to Aalborg Universitet. You then submit the application yourself. If you miss the nomination deadline you cannot apply at all, even if the application window is still open — so the date that really cuts you off is the earlier of the two.
