The next deadline is application · autumn term, on 31 January 2027. The four deadlines for the academic year are: application · autumn term, 31 January 2027; application · spring term, 15 February 2027; nomination · autumn term, 31 May 2027; nomination · spring term, 30 June 2027.

Akademia Kultury Spolecznej i Medialnej lists the email address krystian.cholaszczynski@aksim.edu.pl and the phone number +48667689495 for its mobility office. These are the details the institution itself declared to the European Commission.

Your home university does the nomination: it formally puts your name forward to Akademia Kultury Spolecznej i Medialnej. You then submit the application yourself. If you miss the nomination deadline you cannot apply at all, even if the application window is still open — so the date that really cuts you off is the earlier of the two.
