Akademie der Bildenden Künste Nürnberg lists the email address auslandsamt@adbk-nuernberg.de and the phone number +499119404116 for its mobility office. These are the details the institution itself declared to the European Commission.

Your home university does the nomination: it formally puts your name forward to Akademie der Bildenden Künste Nürnberg. You then submit the application yourself. If you miss the nomination deadline you cannot apply at all, even if the application window is still open — so the date that really cuts you off is the earlier of the two.
