Archip

The next deadline is nomination · autumn term, on 31 October 2026. The four deadlines for the academic year are: nomination · autumn term, 31 October 2026; application · autumn term, 31 October 2026; nomination · spring term, 31 May 2027; application · spring term, 31 May 2027.

Archip lists the email address johana.klusek@archip.eu and the phone number +420776881843 for its mobility office. These are the details the institution itself declared to the European Commission.

Your home university does the nomination: it formally puts your name forward to Archip. You then submit the application yourself. If you miss the nomination deadline you cannot apply at all, even if the application window is still open — so the date that really cuts you off is the earlier of the two.
