Institut de Vic

The next deadline is nomination · spring term, on 1 February 2027. The four deadlines for the academic year are: nomination · spring term, 1 February 2027; application · spring term, 2 February 2027; nomination · autumn term, 1 September 2027; application · autumn term, 7 September 2027.

Institut de Vic lists the email address mobilitat_internacional@ivic.cat and the phone number +34938891878 for its mobility office. These are the details the institution itself declared to the European Commission.

Your home university does the nomination: it formally puts your name forward to Institut de Vic. You then submit the application yourself. If you miss the nomination deadline you cannot apply at all, even if the application window is still open — so the date that really cuts you off is the earlier of the two.
