The next deadline is nomination · spring term, on 14 January 2027. The four deadlines for the academic year are: nomination · spring term, 14 January 2027; application · autumn term, 14 February 2027; application · spring term, 27 May 2027; nomination · autumn term, 4 October 2027.

Milli Savunma Universitesi lists the email address certan@msu.edu.tr and the phone number +902123980100 for its mobility office. These are the details the institution itself declared to the European Commission.

Your home university does the nomination: it formally puts your name forward to Milli Savunma Universitesi. You then submit the application yourself. If you miss the nomination deadline you cannot apply at all, even if the application window is still open — so the date that really cuts you off is the earlier of the two.
