Universidade do Minho

The next deadline is application · spring term, on 15 October 2026. The four deadlines for the academic year are: application · spring term, 15 October 2026; nomination · autumn term, 30 April 2027; application · autumn term, 15 May 2027; nomination · spring term, 30 September 2027.

Universidade do Minho lists the email address incoming@usai.uminho.pt and the phone number +351253604505 for its mobility office. These are the details the institution itself declared to the European Commission.

Your home university does the nomination: it formally puts your name forward to Universidade do Minho. You then submit the application yourself. If you miss the nomination deadline you cannot apply at all, even if the application window is still open — so the date that really cuts you off is the earlier of the two.
